How do I listen to my ridden download?
Once the download is on your MP3 player you're ready to go. You could listen through arena speakers, or MP3 device such as a watch, phone or MP3 player with headphones. If you don't like the traditional MP3 player headphones with ear buds, you can purchase ones that sit behind your neck and hook over your ears. They don't move around and you don't have to remove your hat to put them on or take them off. Wireless headphones are also now available.
To make sure you are safe whilst listening to a ridden download, firstly make sure you and your horse are fully warmed-up, if you're not using a Sound Schooling warm-up session. Check that any headphone lead is safely tucked away so that it can't catch on anything and that you can still hear external hazards. You should always be in a safe schooling environment - don't listen to downloads whilst hacking! Finally make sure you only ride to your horse’s (and your own) level of fitness.
Some lessons also come with diagrams which you can look at before riding to help you visualise any shapes.

How will I receive my download?
As soon as you've completed your purchase on PayPal you'll receive an email from Sound Schooling containing your download link. The email will be sent to the address you used for PayPal so please make sure your PayPal details are still up to date.
How do I get the download from my computer onto my MP3 player?
Some email clients do put legitimate email into a Spam (or Junk) folder when they contain links so please check there if you haven't received it. If you're accessing email though a mobile device then you may not be able to see your Spam folder and will need to log into your email account from your computer. Please add 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your Contacts or Safe Senders list to ensure you will always receive your download link.
I've paid for my download but not received my download link?

I've received the download link but cannot open it?
The way in which you will receive your link will depend on the set-up of your computer. You may need to right click on the link and 'Save As' to save onto your PC. We are happy to try to help if you experience any problems. You may not be able to open the link if you're accessing email on your phone, depending on the set-up of your phone, so please use your computer. It is not designed to play directly from the link in the email and must be first saved to a computer. If you do need to get the downloads straight onto your phone (e.g. because you don't have access to a computer) please consider buying via the SoundWise app for a more direct experience.
I don’t have a computer and want to listen to the downloads on my phone?
You may be better to buy the downloads you want via the SoundWise App. Click ‘Buy Now via the SoundWise App’ on the relevant pages.
My download link has expired?
Sound Schooling links are available for you to download for 48 hours from purchase. If you haven't downloaded your audio file within this time please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase downloads?
No you don't - when you check-out in PayPal you have the option to pay using your PayPal account or use your credit/debit card details as a PayPal guest.
Buying via the Soundwise App
How will I receive my download?
Once you’ve checked out you’ll receive full instructions on how to access your download. If you don't have the Soundwise mobile app already installed on your phone, first you’ll need to downloading the free app first. Then sign in to the app with the same details that you used to buy the download. If you already installed the app, any new downloads should be loaded automatically. You can get help by emailing email@example.com.
Can I access my downloads on my computer too?
Yes - simply log in to your account at https://mysoundwise.com/signin, and you can access downloads you have purchased from the web.
